I build the context, workflow, and adoption architecture that makes AI useful inside real teams. At Fortis Games, I rebuilt and now manage my department's AI knowledge system, used by all 26 members, fixed the release logic so all ten departments show up as release blockers, and build privacy-aware support integrations. Before Fortis, I was founding-team VP of Operations for two marketing businesses that together grew to $4M in revenue, where I managed 28 people through seven direct reports and controlled a $2-3M operating budget. I am a trained designer who directs AI-assisted builds and validates what comes back, not a software engineer. I care whether systems work, whether people trust them, and whether they last.
